Our philosophy is that old-school gym training is out, and effective, high intensity training is in. Gone are the days of spending 90 minutes in the weight room fighting for equipment followed by 30-45 minutes running on a treadmill. Instead we take the good parts of fitness and combine it into one program that you can get done in just 60 minutes.
