How long have you been at CrossFit Border?: 7 Months
What do you enjoy doing outside of CrossFit?: Playing touch, going to the beach, relaxing, eating good food.
What is your favourite and least favourite movements or WODs?: Favourites – Cleans and Squats. Least Favourite: Double Unders
What your biggest achievement so far?: losing over 7% body fat.
What are your future goals? To get a muscle up, continue to lose body fat, improve my technique in the more technical lifts and get good at double unders.
Any advice for anyone just starting their CrossFit journey?: Don’t be afraid! Completely immerse yourself in everything CrossFit has to offer. Ask plenty of questions, always listen to your coaches, go hard at every training session, get plenty of sleep and eat well!
