This originally came from Matt Swift at CrossFit Brisbane, and is without a doubt one of the best success guides to getting the most out of CrossFit or any group fitness for that matter.
BE SOCIAL
This point has to be the standout point of the whole thing. Getting social with other people, getting to know them, and making friends out of it can be one of the best ways to motivate and drive you to your goals. When you look forward to seeing other people who push you, encourage and support you, it makes everything worth while.
So next time you are at the gym, say hello to someone new. Make an effort to get to know those training around you and I guarantee you will get more from your session.
